On a hike along the Wiltingen Wine Educational Trail, you will learn interesting facts about wine growing on the Saar on 22 panels.
The Wiltingen Wine Educational Trail leads through the largest Wiltingen single vineyard by area, the Wiltingen Klosterberg. 22 panels provide information about wine growing on the Saar throughout the year and the most important grape varieties. Highly recommended is the detour to the viewpoint mentioned on the information panel at the starting point, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village and the surrounding vineyards.

Directions
Wiltingen Primary School - crossing Rosenbergstr. - left into the extension of Rosenbergstr. - uphill - right onto Weinbergsweg (hiking trail G3) - left at the next junction - behind the building right, uphill - left at the next two junctions - follow Weinbergsweg straight ahead - at the following junction turn left onto the lower Weinbergsweg - straight ahead - Rosenbergstr. - downhill to Wiltingen Primary School
Please note that this hiking trail is not a certified premium trail and the route is not continuously marked. Furthermore, the path partly runs on paved agricultural roads and not on narrow paths.

Parking spaces can be found at the primary school in Wiltingen.
Public transit
By train: Saarbrücken-Trier line to the station in Wiltingen, from there the Wine Educational Trail is reachable within 5 minutes on foot (station - left onto Klosterbergstr. - railway crossing - Rosenbergstr. - primary school).
