The apartment has its own house entrance and forms a self-contained living unit with a front generous wardrobe area. A small outdoor seating area offers the possibility to have breakfast outside and enjoy the evening. Guests can park their vehicles in the apartment's own parking space. It is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment to access numerous stores, cafes and bakeries. Alken is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Way of St. James or cycling tours on the Moselle Cycle Path. Also take a boat trip from the Moselle promenade in Alken. Koblenz and Cochem are both about a 25-minute drive away.
