It offers space for up to 4 guests and consists of a spacious living room, kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms, bathroom and a large terrace. Although the apartment is a basement apartment, you have a clear view everywhere from all rooms except the bathroom (Satinato glass). Centrally located on the L82. From the spacious terrace you have an unobstructed view of a vineyard and nature. We are not far from the train station but you will not hear any train noise. In the neighboring villages you will find many stores (Rewe, Lidl, Norma, post office etc.).

Stress-free vacation & save costs! During their stay, we offer our guests the VRM guest ticket for the free use of public transport in the area of the VRM (northern Rhineland-Palatinate) and part of Hesse. The usually complicated solving of train tickets at the machine can be omitted and also the often tedious search for a parking space can be dispensed with.

Beds are upholstered and you will receive extra blankets and pillows.

Our guests can place their order with our local bakery on the day of arrival (except Sundays) and the baked goods will then be delivered to the door of our apartment on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) in the morning.

Simply hang our or your own fabric bag on the apartment door from the outside in the evening and the baker will deliver the fresh, delicious baked goods in the morning.

This service is available every day the bakery is open.

Your advantage: You only pay the price in the shop. The bakery does not charge any additional prices for delivery. The settlement takes place in the bakery on site.

Washer + dryer are offered as a set - per day 10 euros

The deposit of 200,00 Euro is only due in cash upon arrival. This will be returned to you in full if everything is in order upon departure.
