The cozy holiday apartments are located on the grounds of the Scherfsmühle, in the heart of the historic town center of Waldrach. The Scherfsmühle, a former winery, is today famous far beyond the borders of Trier for producing a local specialty, the Viez (apple wine).

At the Scherfsmühle in Waldrach, you are in the center of Viez production and can experience the making of this local specialty from freshly harvested apples up close in the autumn.

The 100-year-old house was completely renovated in 2016 and furnished with love. Sustainability and the preservation of the old building substance were taken into account. The old floorboards have been reworked, and the walls are finished with mineral plaster.

The apartments offer 70 square meters of not only coziness but also a private terrace and a guest park where you can truly relax after an extensive bike tour, a long hike, or a stroll through the oldest city in Germany.
