Very nice, bright holiday apartment for 2 people in the elevated district of Konz-Roscheid in an ecological building area in a quiet location on the edge of the forest; 91 sqm with large windows facing the garden, oriented SSW - W.

Non-smoking apartment, non-smoking garden, cars are not allowed to be washed.

Information on accessibility:
From the parking lot, the apartment is accessible at ground level. There is a small step in front of the front door. The front door has a width of 79 cm, all doors in the apartment are 82 cm wide.

The Moselle (French Moselle, Luxembourgish Musel) whose name means “little Maas,” springs in France, in the Vosges at Col de Bussang and flows into the Middle Rhine in Koblenz.

The section of the Moselle from the German-French-Luxembourg border triangle to the confluence of the Saar at Konz just before Trier is referred to in Germany as Upper Moselle.

The mouth of the Saar (the most important tributary of the Moselle) at Konz into the Moselle is particularly beautifully designed.

The holiday region is characterized by viticulture, cultural historical sites, and a pronounced hiking culture. Cycling tours are also ideal. The premium cycling paths along the Saar and Moselle can be easily reached via a feeder cycle path from the holiday apartment. Forests, vineyards, and hiking trails are accessible on foot within a few minutes.
