Payment is due on the day of arrival in cash or in advance via bank transfer.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total price.

The key handover takes place in person on site.

Please let us know your approximate arrival time one day before your arrival. We usually plan your arrival between 5 PM and 7 PM. If you prefer a different time, just let us know – we will find a solution!
Check-out:
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 12 PM. Thank you for your understanding.
The house is located one km from the lake and also near the center of Losheim am See. You will find a parking space directly in front of the house.
