Spacious 80 sqm holiday apartment for 2 people with a separate entrance on the 1st floor. The owners also live in the house. The apartment is divided into a living room (kitchen, dining room, and living room 45 sqm), bedroom with double bed, and a very large bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, and bathroom furniture. 

The kitchen features a stove with 4-zone ceramic hob and oven, stainless steel extractor hood, stainless steel sink, worktop, various cabinets, and is designed in a U-shape. The kitchen is equipped with complete crockery, pots, pans, and cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, blender, egg cooker, food slicer, Senseo pod machine, as well as a microwave and many small kitchen aids.

The living area is equipped with a couch, glass table, electric television chair, stereo system including CD player and large speaker boxes, LED reading lamp, flat-screen TV with satellite reception (but only German programs), and air conditioning.  A desk with lamp is also part of the equipment.

Dining area with table and 4 chairs. The living room includes a balcony with table, terrace chairs with cushions, awning, and sun umbrella. The blinds in the living area are electrically controlled.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, desk, spacious wardrobe  (built-in mini-safe). Reading lamps, 2 chairs, and a small table are also available. An ironing board and iron are also provided.

The bathroom is fully tiled, approximately 20 sqm in size, and includes a glass shower, toilet, sink, various bathroom furniture, as well as a drying rack.

The apartment has several dressers and sideboards with sufficient storage space. All furniture is brand new branded furniture. Internet is available for free via Wi-Fi, as well as a private parking space and a storage option for bicycles (including e-bikes) in the garage.

The packages are offered in two variants, each priced at 25 €:

Variant 1: 500 g fresh egg noodles, 400 g Bolognese in a jar, 200 g jam, one liter of juice, and 180 g jar of sausage.

Variant 2: 500 g fresh egg noodles, 380 g vegan Bolognese in a jar, 200 g jam, one liter of juice, and approx. 200 g grilled cheese tomato.
