Welcome to the holiday home Hexenhäusje! To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, we ask you to observe the following conditions:
Occupancy: The holiday home is designed for up to 4 people. The maximum number of persons must be strictly observed.
Arrival and Departure:
Arrival from 3:00 PM
Departure by 10:00 AM
Please inform us of your exact arrival time in advance.
Payment Terms:
Payment is made in advance or by agreement.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
In case of later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Non-Smoking Apartment:
The holiday home is a non-smoking area. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
Liability:
The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay.
The guest is liable for lost items, e.g., keys.
House Rules:
Please respect the quiet hours and the neighbors.
Waste separation and cleanliness must be observed during the stay.
Open fires in the outdoor area are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
