A deposit of 100% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking.
Payment must be made on site in cash or in advance by bank transfer.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancelations will be charged with 90% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 21:00.
Departure is possible from 07:00 am to 10:00 am.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
Entrance to the apartment is via a pin entry at the front door, which is arranged in advance by e-mail.
Pets are not allowed.
A baby crib can be provided on request (free of charge).
Possible charges for laundry service.
Towels, bed linen, WLAN and parking are included in the basic price.
The apartment is located in Losheim am See on the outskirts of the village in a residential area. The house is not yet shown on Google Maps, but the marker on the map shows the exact location. By entering the address in the navigation system you will find the street and the house is marked with a sign for the vacation apartment. The gable-roofed house has a large balcony with glass railings on the gable end. The entrance to the apartment is to the right of the house (the lower driveway)
