In a 3-story multi-family dwelling (10), the apartment is located on the 1st floor on the west side; thus offering evening sun and views of the Rhine/Hunsrück from the loggia. The apartment features an open bedroom adjacent to the bright living space, where you will sleep in a French bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. With the balcony door open, you can hear the soothing sounds of the Rhine. In the lockable bicycle cellar, you can securely store your bikes, or you can make use of the city bikes available for rent on-site.
Located in the Hochheim district, in close proximity to Lahnstein (Niederlahnstein), the Maximilian Brewery invites you to enjoy food and drink in the brewing meadows. A bakery is also just about 600 m away. Hiking and cycling paths start right nearby. The Koblenz area offers exciting adventures. Visit the impressive Ehrenbreitstein Fortress or stroll along the Rhein promenade.

Directions: From the federal road B 49 to B 42 towards Rüdesheim, Lahnstein 1st exit Niederlahnstein/Industrial Area (North) at the 1st roundabout take the 1st exit (Industrial Area North), at the 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit (Industrial Area North), 2nd turn left with house wall advertising Maximiliansbrauwiesen, 1st turn right then about 200 m until the dead end Von-Kellenbach-Str. 9 (the owner Harald Stölzgen lives here)
Bus lines 1 & 11, stop Oberhorchheim. Then about a 5-minute walk to the holiday apartment
