Our modern and comfortable vacation apartments are located at the gateway to the Middle Moselle. They serve as your base camp for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, or hiking.
The vacation apartments are each designed for 2 people. In addition to a bedroom, bathroom, and living/dining area, they also feature a small, well-equipped kitchenette. In our bicycle cellar, you can store your bikes. Charging the batteries for your e-bikes is, of course, free of charge. All our vacation apartments are non-smoking. Each vacation apartment has its own free parking space located directly at the house.
Both short-term visitors and long-term guests are well accommodated with us and always welcome.
Minimum stay duration in the main season (01.05. - 31.10) - 5 days.
Minimum stay duration in the low season (01.11. - 30.04) - 2 days.
Shorter stays can also be booked if available. Please inquire.
During Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, Whitsun, and on public holidays as well as bridge days, longer stays may apply. Please inquire.

As a welcome gift, you will receive (from 3 overnight stays) a bottle of Moselle wine. Bed linen, hand/ shower and dish towels are provided to you free of charge.
For our guests with electric cars, an E-charging station is available (Terra AC wallbox, 11KW, Type 2 cable). The billing is done via a separate meter. Cost 0,50 EUR/kW. E-bikes can be charged free of charge.
Only dogs are welcome as pets. Dogs are only allowed in the holiday apartments "Mosel" and "Arras" (max. 1 dog. An exception can be made for two small dogs. Please inquire).
Cost: 10.00 EUR/dog/day without food.
Please note that dogs are not allowed to lie on the sofa or bed. Any extra effort in cleaning or damages caused by disregard will be charged separately.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the holiday apartment Sternenwald.

Cancellation Conditions: We hope you do not have to cancel your holiday with us. However, should this happen, we reserve the right to withhold 20% of the total price until 14 days before arrival.
After that, 80% of the total price will apply. If we can rent the apartment to someone else, we will of course refund your costs.
Check-In: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
If there is no changeover, you may also check into our holiday apartments earlier. Please feel free to ask.
Check-Out: by 10:00 AM
Please let us know the day before approximately when you will arrive so that we can plan accordingly. You will also receive the code for the key box.
Coming from Cochem/Zell:
Upon arriving in Alf, drive towards Trier at the roundabout. After about 1,000 m, turn right into the town entrance. After 50 m, turn right again. Before the underpass, turn left. After about 50 m, you will have arrived at your holiday destination.
