Our cozy vacation rental apartments Bel Etage and Adlerhorst (Eagle'snest) are in a quiet area near the Bernkastel city center and has sleeping facilities for a maximum of 2 people for each apartement.
Both holidaysflats have a small librairy for the rainy days.
Private parking space (for normal car, 1.60m high max.) in the garage by arrangement: € 7.00 / day.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Check-in: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (If you arrive after 6pm, please call me).
Check-out: 10 a.m.

Bathroom and kitchen towels, pillows, sheets and covers are provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with plates, silverware and cooking utensils. The apartment cleaning service at the end of the stay is included in the rental price.
These two holidays flats are just a short walk of 10 minutes to the Mosel River and 5 minutes to the Marktplatz. As you walk towards the river you will find restaurants, cafes, wine bars and the adjacent Hansen-Lauer Wine Estate.

The key handover takes place personally on site.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the house.
The guest contribution of €1.70 per person/night will be charged additionally on site.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
A private parking space (not suitable for lowered cars, max. height 1.60m) in the garage is available upon request: €7.00/day.
Due to fire hazards, electric cars cannot be parked in our garage.
Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a clean condition (broom clean).
They should take the garbage (household, paper, and plastic) down to the garage.
During the wine festival week, the apartments Bel Etage and Adlerhorst are booked for at least 7 nights.
During the wine festival period and Christmas market, we cannot offer a parking space in the garage.
