Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, cancellations in the 7 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, cancellations in the 14 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, cancellations in the 30 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Check-in is possible from XX o'clock to XX o'clock. Check-out is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner for coordination if necessary.
The key handover takes place personally on-site / via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.

This is how you find your accommodation:
Take the exit from the A1 highway towards Losheim am See and drive onto L329. Follow the signs to Losheim am See.
Once you pass the town sign, stay on the main road.
Then turn right onto Diedehofenstraße.
You will find the Luzia holiday apartment on the left side.
