The historically significant Dösterhof has been located at its present site since around 1650 and has been extensively and lovingly renovated. Dösterhof presents itself as a certified Archehof with a variety of endangered farm animal breeds and as an animal-friendly, transparent farm.

We offer you six bright and spacious hotel rooms equipped with high-quality travertine natural stone floors and modern bathrooms. They are lovingly furnished with attention to detail, and where possible, old structural details such as window sills made from old oak beams have been preserved. Alternatively, you can take a break in one of our four holiday apartments.

We are certified as a hiker-friendly host by the German Hiking Association and are a "Quality Host of Wanderbares Deutschland." You can start the circular hiking trail "Traumschleife - Weg des Wassers" directly at the farm. We provide cyclists the opportunity to store their bikes and charge e-bikes. Families are warmly welcomed and can enjoy our small playground. Your four-legged friend is also welcome upon request.

Indulge yourself in our farm café and farm shop with homemade delicacies. In our restaurant operation in the farm café, our team offers you fresh, seasonal cuisine with our own farm-raised meat, homemade cakes and pastries, as well as an extensive beverage selection with coffee specialties, homemade lemonades, freshly tapped beer, and wines from selected winemakers. From April, you can enjoy our sunny beer garden. Our kitchen is open continuously. The farm café is open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays.

In our farm shop, you can purchase fresh regional products. The offer exclusively includes meat and sausage products from our own animals and from slaughtering in our own butcher shop. The Hochwälder LandEi comes from our chickens in the mobile coop. From our own eggs, we offer you pasta variations and homemade egg liqueur. Homemade jams, chutneys, etc., round off the offer. In addition, you will find a full range of special regional and organic foods such as vegetables, fruits, baked goods, and dairy products. The farm shop is open on Friday and Saturday, as well as by appointment.
