Bathrobes

We provide bathrobes free of charge at the reception.

Availability

Our reception is staffed from 7 to 11 a.m. and from 4 to 8 p.m.

Outside of these hours, we can be reached on our mobile phone for urgent matters.

Meal and Restaurant Times

• Breakfast: Monday to Friday from 7 to 10 a.m., Saturday and Sunday from 8 to 10 a.m.

• Dinner (half board): daily from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

• Hot à la carte kitchen: daily from 6 to 8 p.m.

Bicycle Storage Room

Bikes can be parked in the bike room in the courtyard. The door can be opened with the room key card. Charging options for e-bikes are available and can be used free of charge.

Fax and Copies

We gladly fax and copy documents at the reception.

Drinks

Water, soft drinks, beer, and more are provided in the drinks refrigerator on the ground floor next to the elevator. Items taken must be recorded, and the total consumption should be reported at the end of the stay using the following form so we can process the billing. Payment is made at check-out.

Basic Equipment

The following items do not need to be brought from home: shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, towels, and bathrobes.

Dogs

>Four-legged friends are warmly welcome upon request. We charge €10 per day. However, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant during breakfast hours for hygiene reasons – we ask for your understanding.

Hygiene Items

We have toothbrushes and disposable razors available at the reception.

Pillows and Blankets

Upon request, we are happy to provide an additional pillow (80x80 cm). An extra blanket is available in the wardrobe.

Reading Material

The current daily newspaper “Trierischer Volksfreund” is available in the entrance area.

Lunch Package

We are happy to provide a lunch package for excursions or the journey home. Orders can be placed until 7 p.m. the day before.

Parking

Parking spaces are available directly at the building. We charge €8 per day.

Smoking

Our hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is therefore only allowed outdoors. A fine of €450 will be charged for any violation for deep cleaning.

Cleaning and Linen Change

Our rooms are cleaned daily – during this time, we also change towels if they are on the floor. Cleaning can be canceled upon request until 9 a.m. in the morning. We change the bed linen upon request.

Key Card

The key card opens not only the room door but also the main entrance door – this door is locked at night.

Shoe Polishing Machine

A shoe polishing machine is located on the ground floor opposite the elevator.

Laundry Service

Clothing that is dropped off at the reception by 9 a.m. will be washed and returned by 5 p.m. the following day. A price list is available upon request.

Follow A1, A602, departure Ehrang, signs to "Ehrang". At the level crossing, turn left, then proceed straight for 500m located on the right side (opposite the train station).

The room will be ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 8 p.m., please inform us by phone in advance so that we can leave the room key in the key safe.
