A deposit of 100% will be charged after booking.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.
This is a non-smoking apartment in a multi-family house; smoking is
only permitted on the balcony

Loud music and parties are prohibited, and quiet hours must be observed from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-out is possible until 11:00 a.m.
Behind the house (access on the left) there are private and free parking spaces available.
Bicycles can be conveniently stored in the basement in a separate and lockable room. The entrance is on the side behind the house. For e-bikes, a battery charging connection (outlet) is available.
Please never charge the battery unattended. The use of a fireproof battery bag during the charging process is recommended.
A key safe with a numerical code is available. On many occasions, we will welcome you personally.
Pets are not allowed.
The visitor's tax of €1.70 per person/night will be charged separately before arrival.

Check-out by 11.00 a.m.

We will share the location of the key safe along with the code via email before arrival.
