Our houses are located in the midst of the romantic city of Cochem. Narrow alleys, the Reichsburg, and historic buildings have fascinated our guests for centuries.
In front of the house, the Moselle promenade invites you to stroll, the romantic Cochem castle is waiting to be explored, and you shouldn't miss an evening cruise with dancing on a Moselle steamer.
For all that, you are in the right place with us. Our houses are located on the promenade, beneath the castle, and only a maximum of 250 meters from the marketplace.

Reception / Where do I get the key?
Our holiday guests will receive the key on the day of arrival at our reception / check-in office at Moselpromenade 30 in 56812 Cochem. It is located right next to the inn "zum Landsknecht" on Bundesstraße 49 / Moselpromenade and is easily accessible by car.
There is German and English-speaking staff available for your check-in and to answer any questions.
What if I arrive later or am delayed?
If you wish to arrive outside the regular arrival time (are delayed or simply held up by anything else), this is not a problem at all and can be arranged free of charge upon request.
However, we do need to be informed on the day of arrival by 6:00 PM, as otherwise entry cannot be guaranteed and the apartment may be allocated to someone else.
