Quartier 31 was once the residence of a wine trading family and now offers spacious apartments/rooms and studios with free Wi-Fi. All rooms have a view of the Moselle and the surrounding vineyards.
You can choose from generous deluxe double/twin rooms or spacious apartments, all boasting stunning views of the Moselle. They are very spacious and feature a comfortable seating area for relaxation. A coffee machine and a kettle are also available in all rooms. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are provided, and Wi-Fi is free of charge.
Lieser and the immediate surroundings offer a wealth of cultural options, castles, palaces, Roman buildings, and the medieval town of Bernkastel is just two kilometers away. You can cycle, hike, or simply enjoy nature, visit Roman excavations in the vineyards, and taste the delicious Riesling wines that only grow here.

Our Quartier31 - we have lovingly renovated it based on building biology and ecological principles, and we continue to do so. We use environmentally friendly building materials, natural materials where possible, and primarily paint with natural paints.
If it is sometimes not possible to find a suitable product, we look for those who have experience with conventional products, such as allergy centers, to adopt their experiences.
