The vacation and studio house is situated in the quiet, idyllic heart of Kanzem, directly on the Saar hiking trail. It was built in 2020/22 and has 3 floors. The ground floor houses studio and exhibition/seminar rooms. On the two floors above (1st floor and attic), there is one small and one large apartment each.
The small apartments are designed for 2 people, while the large ones accommodate up to 4 people. A "large family" also has the option to book an entire floor. The apartments are bright and filled with natural light. The furnishings are high-quality, modern, unique, and very cozy. TV and private Wi-Fi are a matter of course. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The panoramic windows of the large apartments also provide a view of the Saar and an unobstructed view of the vineyards of Kanzemer Altenberg.
Each apartment includes a parking space directly in front of the house. The large, peacefully situated garden, with many cozy seating options and the sheltered courtyard, invites guests to linger and relax. The train station is within a 5-minute walk. On request, we offer various artistic courses in drawing, glass, wood, and stone, starting from 5 participants.

The "Mosel-Tuut" includes a loaf of bread, a package of cheese, a jar of sausage, four raw sausages, butter, a smoked trout with caviar, and lard (Price: 37.90 €)

Glass melting or sculpting courses can be booked for 4 or more people. Costs to be negotiated.

Roll delivery service is available on weekends upon request. Additionally, breakfast can be booked for €15.00/person upon request.
