Enjoy your stay in the beautiful historic Art Nouveau villa from 1926. It is ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the center of Merzig, overlooking the adjacent Fellenberg Castle and the Garden of Arts. In 2021, the villa was lovingly renovated and furnished, and today - 100 years after its creation - it offers modern comfort for our guests.
Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and the pedestrian zone with its attractive shops are easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes. In direct proximity to the holiday villa with the Saar-Apartments, culture enthusiasts can visit the Fellenberg Castle Museum and Paul Schneider's Sculpture Park, the Werner Freund Expedition Museum, the Romanesque Church of St. Peter, and the Fellenberg Mill. The Merzig Town Hall and the city park are about 1 km away, the train station 1.5 km away, and the motorway 2 km away.
Throughout the year, there are many different events in the city and the surrounding area.
The central location in the heart of the tri-border area of Saarland, Lorraine, and Luxembourg (Saar-Lor-Lux) makes the accommodation the perfect starting point for beautiful discovery tours in the border region. Experience the picturesque landscape along numerous premium hiking and cycling trails. For storing bicycles/E-bikes, a bicycle cellar with video surveillance is available upon request. Please let us know before your arrival so we can grant you access to the cellar.

On request and subject to availability, a foldable travel crib with a comfortable mattress and a high chair for children can be booked additionally.
There are 3 separate holiday apartments in the building. Depending on availability, multiple holiday apartments can be booked so that families and groups of up to 12 people can be accommodated.

The Villa Saar-Apartments is located right in the city center of Merzig and only 2 km away from the A8 motorway (Luxembourg - Karlsruhe - Stuttgart - Munich). Parking is free on Annastraße.
