The estate building was constructed around 1720 near a similarly old village well in the center of Palzem. In our cozy wine tavern, guests are spoiled with the special drops of the house. The Strupp family cultivates over 10 hectares of vineyards following the philosophy of "Tradition and Dynamism" with renowned grape varieties such as Auxerrois, Grauer Burgunder, Chardonnay, Morio-Muskat, Rivaner, and Elbling. Since 1987, they have also been producing red wine varieties including Blauer Spätburgunder, Dornfelder, Merlot, and Dunkelfelder.
