And if something should come up, you can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival (up to 2 rooms). A cancellation of more than 2 rooms is only possible free of charge up to two weeks before arrival. After that we charge 70% of the total cost of the stay. From 5 days before arrival, 80% of the total cost of the stay will generally be charged. Of course, the cancellation fees do not apply if the room can be rented again. In the event of no-show, we will charge the full booking price.
Check in: from 3 p.m
If you arrive outside of the café's opening hours, please call in advance. If necessary, your room key will be deposited in the key safe. We will give you the code for this by e-mail or on the phone.
