You have to organize your arrival and departure by yourself. We recommend that you arrive by car, as not all places on the Mosel can be reached by train. However, if you would like to travel by train, we will be happy to try to find a suitable holiday destination.

Many roads lead to the Mosel. Whether by train or car/motor home, the Mosel is always worth a trip. The following information may be useful for your travel planning: Directions to Mosel

• 4 x overnight stays with breakfast in selected winegrowers' establishments in a desired location on the Upper, Middle or Lower Moselle
• 1 x glass of sparkling wine as a welcome drink
• 1 x tour of the estate with cellar tour and informative wine tasting
• 1 x 3-course dinner with wine accompaniment in a restaurant near the accommodation or during an excursion (drinks = self-paying)
• 1 x 1-hour boat trip on the Moselle river
• 1 x bottle of wine as an ‘enjoyable souvenir’ to take home

Example itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at the Middle Moselle; Welcome with a glass of sparkling wine; Overnight stay at the winery

Day 2: Day trip to Bernkastel-Kues; You organise the day yourself; in between: 1-hour boat trip; Overnight stay

Day 3: For example: circular walk from your holiday destination (or neighbouring village); In the afternoon: tour of the winery with wine tasting; Overnight stay

Day 4: Day trip to Trier, where you can explore the city on your own; guided city tour can be booked on site at any time; Overnight stay
