Our house is quietly located in the “nature park village” of Britten with a nice view of summit of “Schaumberg”. It can be used with a maximum of 4 persons.
The house offers 85m² on the ground floor where you can find a separate kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a balcony. There is a lawn in the garden where you can sunbathe, play and enjoy the nice view.
The modern bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser with mirror.
A second bedroom with a double bed is located on the upper floor.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 coffee machines (one with filter, the other one is a “Senseo), an oven, a toaster, a kettle and al kitchen utensils required for meal preparation.
The bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a walk-in shower.
Bed-linens, dishcloths and towels are provided as well as dishwasher tablets and detergent.
There is a parking space in front of the house.
Shops nearby are located in the town of Losheim, 5 km away.

- Ruwertal bike path about 10 km away
- Hiking: Premium hiking trails are located in the municipality of Losheim (“Steinhauerweg” in Britten and the “Waldsaumweg” in Hausbach) as well as other hiking trails in the area.

Leisure center next to the water reservoir of Losheim where you can swim (5km), the headquarters and production site of “Villeroy&Boch”, a German manufacturer of ceramics, located in Mettlach (10km), the wolf enclosure and garden of senses, both located in Merzig (15km), the loop of the Saar river (16km), the waterfall in Saarburg (20km), the World Heritage Site “Völklinger Hütte” in Völklingen (47km), Trier, arguably Germany’s oldest city, conquered by the Romans with its “Porta Nigra” and its cathedral.

Directions: Take the motorway A8 to Merzig, then follow the direction “Losheim am See”. After passing the village of “Brotdorf”, turn left towards Hausbach / Britten. After arriving in Britten, take the first street on the left till you arrive at the house.
