Relax and enjoy your vacation in a nice, cozy 4 * holiday apartment on the outskirts of Orscholz in a very well-kept, quiet family house near the forest. Our apartment has a separate entrance and is about 55 square meters. We offer our guests free WiFi. The apartment includes a cozy living room with a sofa. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, kettle and a telephone with direct dial connection (for a fee), television with satellite TV, stereo system are available for you. The double bedroom is modern and has back-friendly mattresses and adjustable slatted frames. For 4 people we offer the sofa bed in the living room. Upon request, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair for children. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A small hall with cloakroom and cupboard are also available. On the sunny side, a quiet seat with garden furniture invites you to relax. A beautiful, well-kept garden with a lawn and barbecue area is also available to you. You will find a bicycle parking space in the lockable garden shed. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment!

Payment must be made on site in cash or by bank transfer in advance.
Cancellations up to 45 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations between 45 and 31 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the total price.
Cancellations between 30 and 22 days before arrival will be charged with 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 21 days before arrival will be charged 90% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 15:00.
Departure is possible until 10:00 am.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over personally on site.
Each additional person possible on request for an extra charge.
Pets are not allowed.
A baby cot/extra bed can be provided on request (free of charge).
The tourist tax of € 2 per person/night will be charged on site.
The basic price includes towels, bed linen, WLAN, water, electricity and heating.
Arrival from 2 p.m. If you arrive after 3 p.m., please let us know!
How to find us:
By car coming from Koblenz, on the A48 to the Trier exit, on the B51 in the direction of Konz, to Mettlach, follow the description to Orscholz.
Coming from Mannheim/Kaiserslautern on the A6 to the Neunkirchen motorway junction, then on the A8 in the direction of Saarlouis/Luxembourg to the Saarlouis motorway junction and continue towards Luxembourg to the Orscholz motorway exit. Follow the signs to Orscholz.
By train you can travel by rail via Trier or Saarbrücken to the Merzig/Saar or Mettlach train stations.
