INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, parking, water, kitchen and bathroom linen / EXCLUSIVE: use of washing machine per filling 4,00 €. If you are travelling with a pet, we charge an additional 10,00 € / night.
Our flats are ready for occupancy from 3 pm and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Please put the house key in the white letterbox at the front of the main entrance door before you leave. Concerning the handing over of the keys, we kindly ask you to contact the owner by telephone before your arrival: Erna Franzen, tel. 02408-4810. If you are travelling with a dog, we charge an additional € 10.00 / night.
