We have been serving you with fresh baked goods and confectionery in Enkirch since 1994. We moved into the former Müller bakery, our current Obczernitzki bakery, in January 1999.
Our family business is managed by master baker and owner Ramona Röder. The second generation is also already working in the company, Mr. René Obczernitzki. For us, the baker's craft is still a good bit of manual work. With joy, diligence and creativity, we provide you with fragrant, fresh baked goods and delicious confectionery products every day.
