The bakery is a small traditional bakery with a stand-up café. The affiliated shop offers a large assortment of goods, i.e. fresh fruit, meat and dairy products and many more.
Our quality promise:
- no baking agents with an addition of more than 3% - no bought-in frozen dough pieces - only good butter, margarine only in shortcrust pastry - no flavorings, only home-made lemon flavoring made from 100% lemons - no chemically-synthesized emulsifiers - no chemically modified starches or flours - no colourings in our daily range (exception: bought-in sugar figures, cake toppings etc for custom-made products) - no preservatives - no flavor enhancers, only real natural sourdough & starter doughs - no raw materials from genetically modified seeds (as far as possible from regional cultivation) You are welcome to see for yourself.
