The Bamberg winery is now in its 4th generation in the wine community of Oberbillig.
Pillars of the business philosophy consist of the strictly quality-focused vine pruning, thinning of the grapes in summer, as well as hand picking and the subsequent gentle processing of the grapes into high-quality wine and sparkling wine.
The Bamberg winery has been bottling the noble drop Elbling "Old Vine" for several years now. The secret of the soil forms the basis for the diversity of grape varieties. What is special about the wine-growing region are the yellow-brown shell limestone soils, where special, traditional local varieties like Elbling find excellent growing conditions. But varieties such as White Burgundy (Pinot Blanc), Gray Burgundy (Pinot Gris), Chardonnay, and Saint Laurent are also at home here.
