Eco-wine, a pure pleasure!

We exclusively harvest all grapes by hand and then press the must ourselves. In the aging process, we do not use genetically modified products or animal ingredients such as casein, egg white, blood meal, isinglass, or gelatin. Our products are therefore vegan. We age most of our wines dry and allow them a quality-enhancing storage period on the lees. Through gentle treatment, aromas and flavor compounds are largely preserved, as well as part of the refreshing carbon dioxide that is produced during fermentation.
These wines sometimes require a bit longer to reach drinking maturity, but they are long-lasting. We fill our wines exclusively in reusable bottles.
We want to offer you an interesting selection. You will not find mass-produced products with us. In addition to wine, sparkling wine, and wine vinegar, we also offer vineyard tours and wine tastings at the winery or at your home.

Wine Tasting and Tours We conduct wine tastings (also at your home) and tours through our vineyards by prior arrangement. We are happy to consider your wishes and look forward to your inquiry. Please note that I only have time in the mornings during the week due to markets, as well as on days booked for events that you can find under "Appointments".
