Culinarily, as well as architecturally, today's Brauhaus Kloster Machern has a lot to offer. Besides the high-quality rustic cuisine with products from the region, it is also known for its own monastery brewery.

Directions
The roundabout in Zeltingen-Rachtig is currently being renovated (expected until 31.08.2023). Access to Kloster Machern is still possible without any problems, as follows:
•From Kues: Simply follow the Kues side of the Moselle
•From Bernkastel:
a) To the Wehlen Bridge, after crossing it, turn left towards the Wehlen town exit (thus towards Kues) and at the bypass road turn right again towards Kloster Machern / Ürzig / Traben.
b) To Zeltingen, continue to Lösnicher Bridge, cross it and then return (upstream) to Kloster Machern.
