Our cuisine is deliberately down-to-earth and regionally influenced. Look forward to typical Moselle dishes and hearty home cooking that satisfies and delights. This includes classics such as our fresh winemaker's salad, traditional "Gräwes," or our popular wild boar sausage from a local hunter in the Hunsrück. Honest, hearty, and just the right match for a good glass of wine.
Since the beginning of 2025, Uncle Tom's Cabin has been continued under new management together with the Lenz winery, with the goal of preserving the tried and true while also setting new impulses. We want to create a place that guests are happy to return to. Our aim is to create a space that appeals to guests of all ages: hikers, wine lovers, families, and anyone who wants to experience the Moselle in its relaxed, authentic way. In summer 2026, the old name "Uncle Tom's Cabin" was replaced by "bullvue."
