In our small production facility, we make artisan chocolate from fair-trade cocoa beans and natural raw materials. A difference you can taste.
We have got to know our cocoa farmers in Upala, Costa Rica, personally and pay them a fair price for the sustainable and qualitative handling of the cocoa plants and the rainforest. No monocultures, no pesticides, no child labour, no suffering. Our gentle, natural and transparent processing preserves important nutrients and flavours. A difference you can taste.
