Cantzheim is Saar.Wine.Culture! Nestled in a millennia-old wine culture landscape, Anna and Stephan Reimann produce Saarriesling in all its facets, dry Weißburgunder, Spätburgunder, and high-quality, bottle-fermented Crémants.
Beyond the guesthouse and the winery, the Cantzheim team has been delighting you since September 2024 in the in-house restaurant with exclusive, regional, and seasonal cuisine under the direction of chef Maurice Redeligx. After stints with Claus Peter Lumpp (Restaurant Bareiss, Baiersbronn), Nils Henkel (Burg Schwarzenstein, Geisenheim), and Helmut Thieltges (Restaurant Sonora, Dreis), Maurice wants to realize his own vision in Cantzheim and "create a place where guests can enjoy".
Whether à la carte, as a 3 or 4-course menu, and with or without suitable Cantzheimer wine accompaniment...
