Vinotheque and wine terrace

The vineyards and areas are currently spread over a total of 8.5 hectares, on which different grape varieties are cultivated. The hand-picked grapes are gently processed in the old press house. The wine is fermented at the optimum temperature in wooden and stainless steel barrels. The product range is characterised by light, fruity and powerful dry white and rosé wines. The focus is on the grape varieties of the Burgundy family and the cultivated grape variety of the southern Weinmosel, the Elbling. Since Roman times, this original grape variety has been planted and cultivated on the soil of fossilised deposits of shell limestone. The special terroir from the primordial sea of the Paris Basin gives the wines their lively extra flavour. The grape varieties include Elbling, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Müller Thurgau, Kerner, Blauer Portugieser and Dornfelder. The vines are cultivated in various locations and villages. The "Palzemer Carlsfelsen" is our home vineyard. In addition, vines are also cultivated in the steep "Wehrer Rosenberg" and "Nenniger Schlossberg" vineyards. You can taste and enjoy the wines in the modern vinotheque or on the Mediterranean sun terrace - together with selected regional specialities to accompany the wines. And all this in a relaxed atmosphere with a view over the Moselle and the vineyards.
