These varietal sparkling wines mature for at least 24 months on the yeast in our rocky cellar – for even more depth, complexity, and fine bubbles.
Our focus is on grape varieties such as Riesling, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.
But also special varieties like the Yellow Muscat find their place with us – for all those who seek something extraordinary.
