Here in the Saar Valley, you will find the ideal conditions for sophisticated wine enjoyment and wonderful holidays in the heart of Europe. The Eilenz family's wine-growing activities were first mentioned back in 1756. In the course of time, a distillery and a wine bar were added.

In a modern aroma-saving distillation facility, in addition to traditional fruit and wine pomace, mirabelles, cherries, plums, Williams pears, and wine yeast are also distilled. The region invites you to extensive hikes and bike tours thanks to well-developed cycling and hiking paths. Interesting cities and excursion destinations such as Saarburg, Trier, Luxembourg, Metz, and Idar-Oberstein are easily accessible by car.

Awards: Gold and silver chamber prize coin

Depending on the season, year-round wine tastings and vineyard tours "per pedes" from the winery to Saarburg or through the Ayler Kupp are offered.
