Cooking caramel is a craft: stir slowly, wait patiently, and finish at the right moment with a lot of experience. In our manufactory in the historic old town of Koblenz, we create candies of the highest quality – with a lot of love, time, and skill.

Caramel - always and everywhere caramel

Every vacation is the same: Whether in a small mountain village in France or in Swedish Stockholm: You can find caramel at every weekly market and in small sweet shops: Fine, soft caramel - with a salty taste, with coffee, with cinnamon, with - where to start and where to stop? And then at home you realize that the caramel candies here are either rock hard or crumbly like dry sand. And it could be so nice like it used to be: Caramel candies like at grandma's. Why isn't it like that anymore? ... and there they are again, the memories of the past - dangling my legs at the kitchen table, the butter paper rustles when wrapping, quickly stuffed into my pocket, and the candies are wonderfully soft and melt on the tongue with a warm vanilla-caramel flavor.
