The 1 star Michelin rated „Gotthardt´s“ stands fort he very highest levels of dining experience, in an exclusive and relaxed atmosphere overlooking the Mosel. As Chef Frank explains „Hier geht es nicht um weiße Tischdecken und steife Dresscodes, sondern um Gourmet in einem freundlichen, lockeren Rahmen und vor allem um den Genuss und den reinen Geschmack“. This exclusive restaurant has seating for just 18 guests and is open from October to the Spring, with diners choosing from an à la carte menu or set menu with from four to six courses. To accompany the meal, exquisite and unique wines from the region and further afield will be proposed and served by Master Sommelier Steffen Mainz. This highly rated restaurant is a must for alle who enjoy the very best cuisine and service, although advance reservations are strongly recommended.
