On December 18, 2024, the restaurant GOTTHARDT'S by Yannick Noack opened at FÄHRHAUS Koblenz, a place that will stand for culinary excellence and special experiences thanks to its open kitchen design. Under the direction of Yannick Noack, Germany's youngest two-star chef, guests can expect avant-garde cuisine that sets new standards with creative sophistication, passion and precision.
The new restaurant GOTTHARDT'S by Yannick Noack, which seats 20, focuses on exclusivity and offers gourmets an extraordinary atmosphere.
A special highlight of GOTTHARDT'S by Yannick Noack is the Chef's Table, with four limited seats directly at the open kitchen. From here, guests can not only enjoy the view of the Moselle, but also experience what is happening in the kitchen up close.
