Two historic, lovingly restored buildings, located in the old town center of Winningen, house our Gutsschänke and surround the romantic, partially covered courtyard, which in summer gives our guests a feeling of "south". Antique wine presses and vintner's tools reveal the old vintner's house, which was run as a winery for decades by winegrower and architect Ferdinand Bernhard. In our four rustic, tastefully decorated guest rooms of different sizes and our newly built "Refugium" on the upper floor, you can bring your soul back into balance and spend enjoyable, relaxing hours. It all began quite modestly in 1975 with a wine tavern as a meaningful addition to our winery. Over the years we have grown and with us the number of our guests. However, we have remained true to our philosophy. We want to be "hosts", create space for joy and encounter and open ourselves for development and new perspectives. Naturalness, cheerfulness and serenity paired with high quality standards determine the spirit of our house.
