The fresh trout with parsley potatoes or fried potatoes or fries is at the center of our culinary offerings. Furthermore, you can always enjoy freshly smoked trout with us and also purchase it to take away. Our restaurant’s motto is "You won't find fresher than us". The trout is always served fresh on the plate or goes straight into the smoker.
Between castles on the Moselle and Macken in the Vorderhunsrück, in the wild romantic Baybach Valley, you will find our house. Amidst hiking trails and away from any everyday noise, you will find the necessary peace for your relaxation.
