The Karl Faber Winery warmly welcomes you to the family business!
We warmly welcome you to our family business!
On around 8 hectares of vineyard, we passionately dedicate ourselves to viticulture. Our centerpiece is the Riesling, which makes up about 75% of our vineyards. It is complemented by Weißburgunder and Chardonnay, while Spätburgunder, Cabernet Sauvignon, St. Laurent, and Dornfelder enrich our selection of red varieties. Depending on the character of the vintage, elegant red wines, fresh rosés, or fine Blanc-de-Noir wines are created from these.
Our sparkling wine is traditionally crafted with love by hand following the principle of classic bottle fermentation – a quality promise that can be tasted.
In the development of our wines, we place great importance on fully ripe, healthy grapes and particularly gentle processing. At the same time, we rely on modern methods, such as mechanical grape harvesting, to optimally combine quality and efficiency.
