Karl Faber Winery

The winery manages 8 hectares of vineyard, 75% of which are planted with Riesling. In addition, there are Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay as white wines.
Furthermore, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, St. Laurent, and Dornfelder are cultivated as red grape varieties, which are partially processed into red wine, rosé, or Blanc de Noir. The production of sparkling wine is carried out exclusively according to the principle of classic bottle fermentation in-house.
