Two rivers - two terroirs - one winery! Our goal is to focus on and make tangible the strengths and characteristics of the two regions (Saar and southern Wine Mosel). With the introduction of gentle pruning, the conscious renunciation of herbicides, and a particularly gentle processing of the harvest, Nicolas Weber today manages to present his wines in their full diversity while sustainably increasing quality through respectful interaction with nature. The wines are vegan, predominantly spontaneously fermented, and developed with a lot of time and finesse by Nicolas.
Wine shop: During opening hours, you have the opportunity to get to know the entire wine collection and purchase your favorite drop.
