Two rivers - two terroirs - one winery! Our goal is to focus on the strengths and characteristics of the two regions (Saar and southern Wine Mosel) and make them experienceable. By introducing gentle vine pruning, consciously refraining from herbicides, and using particularly careful processing of the harvested grapes, Nicolas Weber is now able to present his wines in all their diversity while sustainably increasing quality through respectful interaction with nature. The wines are vegan, predominantly fermented spontaneously, and aged with great care and sensitivity by Nicolas.
