Two rivers - two terroirs - one winery! Our goal is to focus on and make tangible the strengths and characteristics of the two regions (Saar and southern Wine Moselle). With the introduction of gentle vine pruning, the conscious abandonment of herbicides, and particularly careful processing of the harvest, Nicolas Weber is now able to present his wines in all their variety while sustainably increasing quality through a respectful relationship with nature. The wines are vegan, predominantly spontaneously fermented, and are crafted with great time and sensitivity by Nicolas.
