Passion becomes tradition - The small family business in its 4th generation combines tradition and modernity. The focus is on Elbling, the oldest grape variety in Germany. With only half a per cent of the area under cultivation in Germany, the winery has been upholding this tradition for over 100 years.

From passion comes tradition – The small family business in its 4th generation combines tradition and modernity. The focus is on Elbling, the oldest grape variety in Germany. With only half a percent of cultivation area remaining nationwide, the winery has upheld this tradition for over 100 years. Elbling is one of the oldest grape varieties in Europe and now grows almost exclusively in this region. It is a rarity! Elbling loves long evenings with the best company and is a straightforward wine that embodies the essence of spring. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the vines are tended without the use of herbicides and insecticides. Characterful wines such as Elbling, Burgundy, Morio-Muskat, as well as classic sparkling wines are created. Enjoy these varieties in a wonderful ambiance during a wine tasting.
