Our baker, Martin, stays busy in front of his old-sahioned wood burning oven making delicious baked goods. Since 2009, we`ve been offering our artisanal sourdough bread and other specialties, with the unique flavor that only a wood burning oven can provide, fresh every Thuesday and Saturday. All our wares are made from scratch: no ready-made-mixes, no additives, no chemicals, no joke.
