Winegrowing has a long tradition at the Permesang winery, which has been based in Filzen since the 17th century. The winery has been run by Silke and Tanja, daughters of Karl Permesang, since 2016.
The wines mature exclusively in top-quality locations on the Saar, in the wine villages of Filzen and Kanzem, and reflect the typical Saar wine character: lively, mineral, and noble. Let yourself be convinced of the quality, among other things, in the wine tasting room "Weinreich" with wine tasting and sales.
The Straußwirtschaft is open every Wednesday from 4:30 PM from May 28 to September 24, 2025.
