We are a family-owned business that has lovingly renovated the old mill. It was an old sawmill with water rights but no electricity, water connection, etc.
After several years of hard work, we have created a little "gem" and feel very comfortable here.
Now you can also let your soul dangle here.

A waterwheel, which also produces electricity, splashes in the wonderful nature. In winter, you can sit in front of the warming fireplace or in summer in the shade of the large chestnut tree and enjoy the magnificent view of the vineyards and horse pastures.

With a freshly tapped beer or a glass of regional wine, our son Christian can pamper you with culinary delights. He cooks exclusively from fresh, regional products.

Our beef, for example, comes from the neighbor, we have juice produced from our own apples, and we even distill our own gin.
Of course, there is something for everyone on the menu.
Peter Böhm is a master pastry chef and prepares delicious cakes, pastries, and desserts for you all day long.
