FRESH & CHEEKY DISHES. Chef "Tasso" is not a trained cook, but he has made his passion his profession. Since he was a small child, he has watched his mother and grandmother cook, and over the years he has learned to be adventurous in the kitchen as well. The result is a Mediterranean cuisine in the "Alten Moselgarten," always with that certain extra in flavor and spice.
