And it is far away from the noise and hustle of everyday life, instead situated amidst greenery and at the foot of the former ancestral seat of the famous Counts of Veldenz. TO AVOID BORING MOMENTS AT THE RENDEZVOUS, we rewrite the menu every season. Then a menu with either three or four courses opens up culinary horizons, but you can also create your own custom menu from the fine selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. We are happy to assist you, of course also with special dishes for children, in case of allergies, etc. True enjoyment, however, includes not only seasonal menus with regional references, but also themed weeks. Then our small world of enjoyment opens up to the vast world of cuisines, with Rome feeling at home in Veldenz just as much as Tokyo or scallops with goose liver.
